Photos of the L.A. Moran Reforestation Center in Davis, California. The Reforestation Center is currently scaling up to its full capacity of 450,000 seedlings to grow enough plants for the increasing demand after several years of devastating wildfires in the state. Within the center is located the state seed bank, and the nursery, where the trees are propagated from the seeds. Photos taken on assignment for American Forests Magazine, Fall 2020.
